About Bridge28
The institutional layer between an opportunity and an accountable close
Bridge28 and Richard International operate under the DMCC governance framework to provide commercial coordination and brokerage. We bring permissions, approvals, evidence, notifications and transaction records into one accountable operating record.
Operating model
One record, distinct responsibilities
Clear accountability
Our role and boundaries
Our role is to coordinate an accountable transaction process while each party and specialist provider remains responsible for its own mandate.
What we coordinate
We coordinate permissions, approvals, controlled disclosure, evidence, notifications and auditable transaction records.
What we do not provide
We do not receive, hold, transmit or control client funds, take title to goods, or provide escrow, banking, assay, refining, logistics, insurance, KYC/KYB or legal services.
Who performs specialist work
Independent third-party providers and participating members perform specialist work within the DMCC governance framework applicable to the platform and under separate agreements specific to their roles. They remain responsible for their own mandates, are registered and verified for the relevant role where required, then approved for the applicable transaction.
Operating under the DMCC framework
Governance framework
Bridge28, its participating members and the activities coordinated through the platform operate under the DMCC governance framework. Within that framework, the platform applies recorded authority, separation of duties, quorum and audit controls. Independent governments, regulators, banks, escrow providers and professional institutions retain their own statutory or contractual authority and act under their approved mandates and agreements.
